    Resin cases??

    Hello all,

A lot of time no write in G-Wus forum.

I write about the "resin" cases...only resin?...

    I think no...

    Please see the shots...

    For this example I use a DW-5600E...

2 parts, the back and a 1 s.steel piece in front...

    And now...

I use a Dremel to retire resin & buttom...you can see a metal piece into the resin with the same form in the top of case...

The case have a S.Steel...I try break with high pressure...but I cant...if the case only have resin...CRASH...

Great Casio...the 4 screws case its great !

    The metal piece...

    Thanks !

Wow, did you use your own DW5600e for this experiment?

The resis cases are great because use a S.Steel & "resin".I prefer(all people I think prefer), the screwback cases with modern module...but Casio...

I guess that case is history. But, at least we were able to learn a lesson from it. Casio is still ensuring a strong case to protect the module.

A sacrifice? I think it would take an unblemished, virgin G to keep the G-ods happy
