    Unhappy RIP Michael Jackson

I just got the news that Journalist and the Author of many beer guides Michael Jackson died of an heart attack at the age of 65. His book The biggest Beer Hunter passes away. " The Good Beer Guide" and " Great beers of Belgium" are beer hunters right hands.

    Cheers,

    Sjors

Thought that dodgy moonwalker had kicked it for a minute there!
Never heard of this MJ but it seems apt for me to drink to him tonight.

I was just reading about the British General "Macho Jacko" Sir Michael Jackson and thought it was him.

There are too many Michael Jacksons in the world. Wait, I guess there is one less now.

That's really sad news. I have two or three of his beer reference books.

    Hi Sonny D,

I think you mixed up with John White, also a beer hunter who passed away just over a month ago. I knew John personaly, as he resided in my hometown for several years for his work (and used my hometown as a good home base to beer excursions to Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany).

I only know Michael Jackson from his books, literature and magazines. He was cosiddered the beer hunter of beer hunters.
