    Riseman Question

Hello all, I just received my Riseman GS9200 MBJ-1 and I have a question about using it on the beach. More specifically, I do a lot of workouts in the sand and I'm curious if I end up getting sand and dirt in the sensors will this cause problems with the sensors? Or will I be able to rinse the dirt out of the sensors and everything operate normal? Normally I wouldn't be concerned because it's a G-Shock, but this is the first watch I've had that has the temp sensor and I'm not sure if I have to be a little more careful with this model or not. I know I could get a different watch for when I work out but I really like the fact that this watch shows the time while using the stopwatch. Thanks for any and all the help you can provide.

    Re: Riseman Question

I didn't bring my Riseman to the beach as it's winter now but personally I wouldn't worry about sand or sea water as everything could be washed with fresh water.

You also can sink your Riseman in warm water for a while to make sure it's clean, and a soft toothbrush + soap are perfect maintenance tool ;)

Thanks a lot Ivt, I appreciate the info. I didn't even think about using a toothbrush if I needed to clean it. Thanks again!
