Rookie forum member on frog hunt

Hi everyone and thanks for a great forum. My naive question: is there a solar Frogman with Frogman logo on caseback? Also any idea where I might find one of these? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately I think I want the Black Helios which I am guessing is pricey. Does the TC have the frogman logo on back?

Yep it has. I think it's cool, although I can imagine a rookie likes a frog on his first frog:-D

    Hi Paul,

Welcome, the Black Helios & Black Spots Froggie's are way up in price; last time I checked - about 800-900$ USD; the TC Froggies don't have the Frog on the back; it's the TC symbol; hope this helps.

PS-- on the sales forum here (WUS), think I saw some Froggies for sale.

    Hi Paul,

The TC does not have the frogman logo on the back.

If you're interested in a TC, you may want to check the sales forum. There are a few available there.

    Hope this helps.

A good price for the Black Spots and Black Helios might be around $400 or less, if you're lucky. I've seen quite a few on Yahoo Japan (auctions)... thing is, I don't know Japanese and some sellers don't ship internationally :-D

$800 for a Black Spots is a bit much.

    AtomicSolar,

I completely agree with you on the price part, and i think almost all Japanese yahoo sellers refuses to ship international. But i have heard of various bid services that provide a channel for for Japanese auction, just wondering about their legitimacy?

They all have a logo on the back except the first style DW-6300

This is the model I think that Sjors doesn't have
