    Rookie to the G-world

    Hi all....

    I don't own a G-shock....but I own about 35 other watches.

Recently, my wife saw a DW9052 in our local Walmart and told me she thought it would look nice on me.

Thrilled at the prospect of buying a new watch, I started researching G's.

The watch at Walmart is $45. Is this a decent "entry-level" model?? Good value??

    Thanks all

The 7900's are my favourites, although the 56s are currently my focus. But nothing is excluded, except pink Risemans.

Oh yes, once you buy your first the need to look at and buy more kicks in.

As stated above...RUN!!! However, if you do intend to join in this madness, might I suggest a little research on Amazon or even eBay. You'll find that the 9052 is certainly a good "entry level" G and i would think could be had for much less than $45.
