Second new arrival this week: MTG-910-2VER (MI:III)

Just in from Germany. Am undecided about this one. Frankly, I prefer my Mudman GW-9000-1JF. Can't decide whether or not to hang on to this one or flip it.

    No way man!

It's a keeper! Sturdy yet stylish, chunky but cool!

    I love mine to bits, it's the best "G" I have ........

You guys might just have persuaded me.

Somehow seems more appropriate to have at least one G on a bracelet to wear for work (the Mudman is a little too casual!).

Wore it all day today and maybe I bonded with it.

I think you now have a watch that is a great complement to your Mudman. Nice choice! I like the blue and white lettering highlights-- adds a little sporting style.

I just got the MTG-910DA (USA version with blacked out bezel lettering):

    http://www.casio.com/products/Timepi...k/MTG910DA-1V/

    I like it for:
    - the classy black metal and bracelet
    - the case and bezel style
    - the large LCD numerals for the time
    - solar
    - wave ceptor

It hasn't replaced my G-7000D metal bracelet as my phone number and schedule mo/date alarm.

But, I wanted a Wave Cepter and this MTG-910DA was the best looking I found to complement my growing stock of G-Shocks.
    regards,
    James

I thought the MI III version was the MTG911, as opposed to the standard MTG910? Anyone out there clarify for me...?

    Thanks, Mike

Re: Second new arrival this week: MTG-910-2VER (MI:III)

In Europe, the MTG-910-2VER has been marketed in MI:III packaging as the MI:III watch.

According to Casio, "Throughout the movie, Ethan Hunt wears the solar-powered radio-controlled G-SHOCK model MTG-910D".

My immediate reaction was to say GW-9000, but maybe not. Not much in it either way. GW-9000 feels bigger, but MTG-910D sits higher on the wrist.

I hope you find this quick pic useful.
