Semi-New member/humble collection (do people still have 56k modems???)

Technically I've been a member here on WUS for about 5 months. I haven't been the most active or participating member of the community, as you could tell by my total posts. So I decided to officially say "Hello" and give thanks to WUS. I mostly have been using the forum as a tool to find out about G's and even bought a few on the FS threads. I finally feel like I have some sort of collection to share with you all, so here is my story.

My G addiction started about 6 months ago. My old seiko, that I had for several years, died on me. And instead of just replacing the battery, I decided to go for a new watch. Something inexpensive, cheap, and comfortable. I went with a pair of swatches...

Nice, simple watches. As much as I liked them, I found them to be a little too dainty. A friend, who recently got into G-Shocks, told me to get a man's watch and to check some G's out. And so I did. Got me my first G, DW-6900MS-1, and never went back to my Swatches. Now, much like the rest of you, my life is ruined....

So here is my collection... Any questions, comments, or recommendations for new Gs would be much appreciated! And thanks so much WUS and thanks in advanced for your warm greetings. You bastards are the best!

Needless to say, but I like me some 6900's and neg. display!!!
Just got a few more watches in. I thought I might share my unpacking experience with you all!

If you guys ever come across Ebay seller ertc-japan179, don't hesitate, he is amazing. This next watch only took two days shipping from Japan to US east coast!

    And the newest addition...

Sorry if pictures aren't great, I know there are quite a few photographers on the boards. I only have a camera phone available.

I just wanted to add a thanks for WUS members Joakim Agren, skyhook, Lenny, and shaefro58. I bought some nice watches from them, thanks guys!

Thanks for you kind words, everyone.

chrmbly, you bid on the same auction? Small world! I guess ebay is crawling with WUS members. Check out the FS threads, I think that the same exacty Muddie is for sale, and its in better condition.

Hahah, it happens a lot, where I've watched items on ebay and seen them pop up here. Thanks for the tip! Love the collection btw, looks great!
