The barometer should stay untouched and is usually fine with Casio watches. The altimeter needs to be set to your home altitude, but due to changes in airpressure it won't stay there once you've done it. Basically you can forget about the altimeter and only calibrate it just before you need it (for a hike or something).

The watch can only give correct temperatue measurements OFF your wrist. Leave it alone for about 20-30 minutes and it will display the correct temperature. You can calibrate the thermometer while it is on your wrist but this is not recommended, because you will never get exact data when inside/outside. However if you want to do it, look up the manual.
