    Should I buy a Riseman??

I'd like one, but it (in looks at least) resembles my Gulfman and Mudman too much for my liking...

    Is it really THAT good???

YES!!! it is that good. and Yes you should

It actually has a similar size to the Gulfman and Muman, but its looks are truly unique, plus all the handy features.

Listen to Doug, when it comes to the Riseman and gettin'the low down on it, he's da'man... Be sure to check out his great review on YT too if you haven't already...

Also be aware of the 2 different models available and know which one you want before you click "Buy"!

I just got one. It is one nice watch. I don't know why, but I bought about 10 G-shocks in the last month and I just pulled the trigger on a Riseman and it's going to the upper part of my wear list.

it's got all the features that others have. but remember, no single watch has ALL the features, thats casio's business policy.

for example- the atomic-solar gulfman 'lacks' the most important features related to 'water', moon and tide info. on the other hand, the real gulfman 'lacks' atomic solar.

same goes with atomic-solar mudman, which lacks some features found in the non-atomic-solar version (e.g- CDT repeat function). i also don't like the looks of the atomic-solar version.

i personally prefer solar watches, atomic does not matter to me as australia does not support it.

keeping that in consideration, the RISEMAN has a 'balance' of all the features needed.

but most of all, it's got an unique look which i've probably not seen in a digital g-shock.

Yes, buy it, in my opinion the best g shock apart from the Frogman.
