Question Some GWM5600BC-1 questions before I pull the trigger.

    The Watch in question.

This will only take a minute.

    1. Does anyone have a detailed picture of the clasp? I've only seen clear pictures of the face of the watch.

    2. I know the negative display is hard to read sometimes. Does turning on the light usually solve this problem?

    3. Are the few people selling this watch on the 'bay trustworthy? I have never bought anything off there, so I'm a little apprehensive.

    Thanks for your help.

The backlight only really helps in low light situations, doesn't do much in the daylight. Of the people I've seen selling it on Ebay, msg dist. is the only person I've dealt with, and he is one of the best.

Here are your pictures, hope they help:

I was looking for a Mudman G-9000, but this new GW-M5600 looks very interesting to me (I'm a DW-5600 case style lover)!
I'd like to buy a 'normal' GW-M5600 (without reversed LCD) with the steel bracelet of the M5600BC-1, but it doesn't exists...
    What to do?
    Bye!

Buy one of each, swap the bands, keep the one you like, then sell the other one here.
Buying more watches does not buy you more time.

Looking for: Seiko SCVS013; Citizen PMX56-2811; Citizen Campanola CTS57-0701.

is the GWM5600 bigger than the GW5600?
    what are the differences?
    Thanks

Re: Some GWM5600BC-1 questions before I pull the trigger.

It seems to me that the GWM5600 is smaller than the GW5600; it is even slighty smaller than the DW5600, I think.

The GWM5600 can simultaneously display day, date, and month in timekeeping mode, whereas the GW5600 displays only date and month, or day if you select it. The GWM5600 is a multi band 5 Waveceptor, so you can sync it in Japan, North America, and Europe; the GW5600 can only sync in Japan or North America. The rest of the functions are similar, but for World Time, which includes a larger selection of cities for the GWM5600.

The cases are different, and also is the display design. The GW5600 tends to be more square:

The GWM5600 is one of my favorites:

But I also appreciate the clean lines of the GW5600:

Thanks for all the help guys. I'll probably be buying this tomorrow. Do they make one of those little face protectors for this model?
