    Square showdown

Okay, I've recently pegged off some squares I've lusted for a while- the DW5000ST Stussy screwback and the DW5600VT Mihara Yasuhiro. I'm in and around 30 squares now. I love my other models too but the square is where it started and never ended. I'm at a point where there are very few squares left that I'm interested in. I have most of the screwbacks and the prior anniversary models, but there are a few out there that are a little higher price-wise than I usually go.
So, I'm thinking of saving for a while and setting my sights on ONE of these. Chances are I might not have a choice as they are seldom seen in the wild, which means more savings lol. If all 3 showed up though, which might you choose?

    3. The much more recent, yet I never see any for auction outside of the full Gset30, the DW5030-1 (I already have the other half of the set, the DW5030D)

I really love the looks of the squares, but would never own one due to the shallow buttons. That being said, option one is the one to get. Just gorgeous.

I really like the looks of the DW-5000ML. It's not just the red dial - which is oh so cool - but the grey border beyond it that sets it apart from other squares. I'd love to pick one of these up myself some day, but probably never will cause I don't put in the time or effort to hunt such rare ones.

I'll also say though, that I do currently own the DW-5030. It's a very beautiful square, I like it very much. I also put mine on the combi bracelet, which IMO has made it even better. It's a fantastic square, I don't plan to sell mine. This one would be my second choice.

DW-5000ML! Probably the next "serious" square on my list too.

The ML is the most interesting of the bunch but I can image the display being difficult to read. The 1983 and 5030 look identical to me and although special in their own right, just aren’t as different as the ML.

My vote is for the 5000ML out of the three, love the colour combination.

Saw this on the bay also:

Love the look of the DW5030D and the G-man, not really “turned on” by the plain DW5030 that you’re after.

Seems like a fairly good price if kosher, shame seller wants them collected, it’s far enough away from me to dissuade me, let alone what it would cost to send internationally.
