    A stealth project contender...

Check this guy out for a possible stealthing project. Notice the flames around the inside.

Wow. That's nice. I'm a bit wet behind the ears... Is that standard or modified?

Step 1: remove the gothic script
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...

    Absolutely.

    It's a standard, unmodified Casio. DW-6900GM-1JF

Personally, I agree with tribe125, I've seen many new 5600's and 6900's from the metallix range and would have gotten them if not for the gothic scripts... just doesn't do it for me...

Perhaps but I can overlook that.... the flames in grey around the edges sell it for me. Put that in an all black case and strap. Yep yep.

I have seen that, was staring at it for 3 mins wondering to buy or not. In the end, I passed on it and moved on.

Not very common here in Singapore to see this black/metallic configuration.

I like the fat digits; much clearer than the spindly-little things on my basic 6900.

Yes sir, did that a while back (for those who haven't seen me post these before). Also, got the steralized white joint too. Once I recieve my extra white bezel and strap, and I'm gonna throw it on another metallix module just because I love the negative display. I agree that the gothic script ain't the best font but it doesn't bother me much (and what other reverse display 6900's are there?).
