    Stealthing nightmare....

I know this topic has been covered at great length on this forum, (and I have read all the posts) BUT for the life of me I can't get the paint off my 5600. I have tried the boiling with soap and bleach, scraping and dipping in this stuff called 'sticky-stuff-remover' which can normally remove anything.

I live in the UK, what products or other suggestions has anyone got ...PLEASE.

Can't find Goof-off in the UK. I don't think you can get it shipped either.

Have you tried Tar Remover, available from any car accessories place (eg Halfords)?

Here are the ingredients in Goof-Off. Not turps after all.

I remember Sjors, having looked at the ingredients, was surprised you could buy it anywhere...

Looks like the major ingredient of Goof-Off is Xylene. Same stuff you can get in most carborateur and brake cleaners.
    Stuck in landlocked Atlanta.

Tried the boiling etc. thing already, didn't work for me.

Going down to Halfords to see what I can find tomorrow.

    Any more suggestions welcome.
