Stealthing the Text Below the Crystal

I have a G9000-3V that I have given a RIT (Black) bath to, but I thought it would be uber cool to take it apart and take the text (Casio, Mudman, Water 200M Resist, etc.) off the plastic underneath the crystal with goof-off or alternatively paint it black . Two questions now,How hard is it to get to that plastic piece with the text on it out of the watch, and would the writing come off with good off? If anyone has had any experience with this I would really appreciate it.

i'm fairly sure the crystal is sealed to the bit (with the text on) that you want to dye..

At some point it is possible. believe it is slikscreen printing onto the crystal. But be careful not to scratch the crystal itself

I'm not certain that the writing is on the plastic piece. You'll have to take it apart to be sure.

Someone posted ages ago about taking the watch apart and scratching the paint off the crystal from the inside.
