Thank You Adan!! Now my DW-8300 it's OK!!!!!

I would like to say thank you to Adan for sending me the module that keep my DW-8300 again fully functional.
I really have to say that Adan will be faster, reliable and very professional... thank again.

Here I offer you two pictures: one show my DW-8300 finally with the light on, and the other is my little collection of G-shocks (and in the surround you some of my Airfix old veichles...another my passion!)

I wait some new pieces to add, when they arrive I put the pictures here for you my friends!

ps: sorry for the bad pics... I am a very bad photographer :(

    Hi Shirra,

I'm glad you set through with this. The DW-8300 is way too beautiful to let go and finding another one is very hard now. I'm glad it all worked out well. I guess you were very excited to see it work again. Your pictures are great. With a DW-5900, DW-8300, a DW-6700 and the classic DW-5600E I can call that a serious collection already

Adan, Thanks for helping out another G-Shock lover:gold

    Cheers,

    Sjors

Thank You Sjors, recently my interest for the G-Shock are higly increased, I like and collect astronuts watch, and I have discovered that many astronauts loves the G-shock, so for me it was a pleaseure to take out my old Casio's and start to see how I will get in new prospective, near the others...
And what is funny that there's some Casio's that I like more than some of my manual winding watches!!!!

    Hi Shirra,

Indeed, G-Shock's are worn by astronauts. First I thought it was only the DW5600 models, but recently pictures were shown here of austronauts diving with GW-300's. If you look good you will find astronauts wearing more than one G. I believe I once saw an astronaut on a mission wearing 3 DW-5600's (for timing different experiments). I had seen you posts in the Omega Nasa and Space topics sub-forum.

Sjors, I have seen the links, only the first was new for me and was very interesting, thanks.

It is very incredible how watches can have all this appeal to mens!

Next week I hope is coming a DW-6800 and probably the DW-5600 with screw back, I am also looking to find a module 914 to repair my DW-5900 tha's have alarms that don't sounds... I hope to find it!
