    There's something about jellies

I just can't get enough of them. It seems that only the clear units suffer from yellowing but when (if) they end up yellowing, it's simple to dye them a nice shade of orange, blue, red, or even yellow. Worse case gray.

I got my wife a new dolphin and whale aqua blue jelly Baby G which she enjoys and just picked up this one...below, which matches.

    CASIO G-SHOCK DW-6900 W.C.C.S VINTAGE EXCELLENT - eBay (item 220638293956 end time Aug-08-10 21:56:07 PDT)

    HOw'd I do? I can't believe I snagged this for such a good price.

I also picked up a DW6925E-7 bezel and band for my Zombie Killer, which may or may not look good, but I just love the jelly look, and it may go better with the white resin of the WCCS too.

I'm looking forward to the arrival of the DW5025 Ocean Gray I just picked up on the sales forum too, although I'm a little concerned about legibility of the mirror in daylight with all the reflections that I think will show up.

    Show me your jellies!
    Matt

    Wow

You did really well indeed - that is a fantastic price for a very cool G.

I concocted it on my own. Two applications. First golden yellow then teal RIT dyes. Here it is in the three stages...

This is the first thing I thought of:

I am a fan of jellies as well, really enjoy doing custom mods even though I've only done a couple myself:

Congrats on a great find btw!!
