My tip is to just nip off opposite corners and suck it up through that...

...it requires more sucking power though.

Also, buy the dark chocolate ones because since Arnott's got taken over, the TimTam isn't as chocolatey as it was when I was a kid. It's more sweet and bland imo.

Yep, Dingo's already mentioned to me about the corners. I've got three boxes of originals to get through. Normally they wouldn't last two weeks, but I've got stacks of other chocolate I forgot I had, including my TimTams. I buy loads of chocolate in the shops when I see a special deal on, and then munch my way through at my leisure.

lol...watches and chocolate...you're like the Japanese Homer.

That Choc Wafer you sent me was nice (as were the weirdo Jap KitKats). How the hell did you get hold of TimTams in Japan???

Thankfully I still have all my hair. For now at least.

There are some international store around, and some discount stores that import all kinds of stuff from everywhere. At the moment my local Don Quixote (not kidding here) store has some really good strawberry chocolate with the little rice crispies in from Malaysia. 98 Yen for something like 140g can't be too bad. I think TimTams are going for about 298 Yen for a pack - on special. Usually they're about 500 Yen.

Yes, some interesting chocolate. Shame about Heinz baked beans. If only they sold them here at a decent price.

I remember getting some Oz choc that didn't have chocolate in them, or something weird like that. Very delicious. I think I got kiwi or mint, and maybe raspberry flavour. They had a bunch of different flavours. Any idea what it was? They were sold out when I went back for more.

No, I'm not sure of that one...if you can remember what the name sounded like, I might be able to find it.

I forgot to mention...if you haven't tried it already, get hold of some Violet Crumble. Even though Nestles now own it (like everything else ), it is still made to the original recipe (nearly 100 years old) in Australia under strict conditions on the original custom made Swiss machines. They can't make it anywhere else because no one else has the machines and it doesn't come out right. I loved VC's when I was a kid.

If you like chocolate and honeycomb...Violet Crumble is tits.
