    Tips for Removing GA-100 Hands

    Hi guys,

I want to get the hands off a GA-100 but am at a loss as to how to go about it. I have the module out but rather than do my usual "experiment until I break it" I feel I should get as much help as possible.

So, tools, approach, technique, tips and anything else this learned forum can offer please.

I wouldn't attempt this without a proper hand puller tool. Too much chance of damaging, pinion, dial or hands.

With a hand puller the hands should come off just the same as any watch.

Cheers Mitch. But I've never done one before - can you elaborate on 'same as any watch' a little pretty please? And what does a hand puller tool look like?

Just pull the arms off with your fingers, there noting to it, The arms that tell time come off really easy, make sure after you pull the arms out that when you put them back in there straight and not bent. Done it many time. Read manuel how reset hands back to zero. #### DONT TOUCH THE SMALL HANDS THEY BREAK OFF!! The super small hands that don't tell time shall break off if you try to change them or remove them. 100 dollar watch ruined. You live, you learn. I modded almost all my 100 and 110 , mix and matching and custom painting parts.
