    Torn between Gulfman and Mudman

I just can decide which one: Gulfman GW-9110 or Mudman GW-9010 (I don't like the new Mudman GW-9300). Or maybe something else? Bear in mind I have small wrist (6.5") and radio control is very desirable. What's your advice?

I want to give you a hug right now.

As for your choice, I would go with the Mudman.

I mean don't get me wrong; I think that the Gulfman is a really nice watch, and the use of titanium is not to be sniffed at ...but the body shape of the Mudman is more eye-catching. It somehow gives off vibes of strength that no other watch manages. I had to think long and hard about almost the same choice when it was a toss-up between the MIMB Mudman and MIMB Gulfman about two years ago, and I've since had no regrets about having gone with the Mudman.

I have a feeling though that more people will vote for the Gulfman, so your decision won't become super-simple after this first post from me.

No you're not the only one that doesn't like the new mudman, I am not a fan but I don't have one so I can't comment on it from experience, however I do have a Gulfman and the new atomic version is a really nice looking G and I also have a G9010 and love the quirky looks. The hexagonal pattern on the solar panel for the Mudman is really neat. These are both perfect watches for people with smaller wrists, the Mudman being slightly smaller at least in height anyway. I voted for the Gulf man because of the titanium parts and the really, nice clean look, also the new Gulfman has the same strap as the Riseman which is super comfy.

Yeah I shake my fist at Casio for restricting the use of titanium to the Gulfman ...as for the strap though, the Mudman gets a double-holed
jobbie, which for me at least makes it the best-looking strap between the Mud/Gulf/Rise-man models. Can't make any comparative statements about those straps in terms of feel, as I haven't tried the other two on the wrist, but I can say the mudman strap certainly feels at least as comfortable as all my other Gs, apart from the GW-5000 which always wins hands down because of the super-soft material which Casio seemed to have reserved for that model alone.

I'd personally get the Mudman 9300, but the newer Gulfman smokes the old Mudman in my mind both in styling and in feature set.

    Get both!
I have a Mudman (the new one though). But now, I'm looking at the Gulfman (maybe 9110 or 9100-2) as well. And I got small wrist (6.5") too.

If your choice is between this two watches, I personally would buy the Gulfman (though no favorite of mine). The GW-9010 Mudman has in my opinion one of the ugliest designs ever made by Casio.

I'll pick Gulfman. It is just a handsome watch. The exposed metal killer.
