    Great catch !
    my dw-8300 had the same problem , the EL is out .
    i don't know the EL can be repaired or not .
    it's a really good news for the modules supply now .

    Neither did i.. i've been searching around online for sources.. even sent a few guys some messages from posts and threads years ago.. only to discover the last resort i left behind was the one right under my nose.. heh.
