    watches that have infinite lifetime

Are there any casio watches that have an infinite amount of power? Are these the solar watches? Are there any G-Shoco solar watches or ones with quartz crystals?

the only existing watch in the world to have an infinite power supply would be a sun dial. everything else... expect it to eventually die out in years

+1, eventually the battery will go, it will stop holding a charge (years down the road). And even before then, G-Shock bezels and straps will need to be replaced, though this is years down the line.

I think if there was an infinite source of power, they'd harness it for better things than watches

Even a non solar watch has infinite lifespan... all you have to do is replace battery every 5 to 10 years... This usually cost no more than 5 bucks and takes less than 10 min to do...

Again, as far as I'm concerned, solar is overrated...

This topics always devolves into this. If you were using atomic synch and other features such as auto EL, the non-solar battery will not last 5 years. I have a non-solar, atomic Casio (non-G) that I never wear...it just runs and synchs and the battery doesn't last two years.

    Please check meaning of 'infinite'.
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...

    @ tronter321,

infinite power? well, probably the closest you can have is an automatic watch (which casio doesn't make), it will usually run as long as it is on your wrist.

Even our sun is finite; in fact the sun is in its middle life span.
