    WatchZWorld Caution!

Just a word of warning, WatchZWorld seems to be less than a reliable online vendor. They are located in California. I ordered a GShock from them last Tuesday. I received no email confirmation of the order or no acknowledgement whatsoever. When I called them on Wednesday, to be sure they had received the order, they seemed unaware they had an order. Finally, they found the order and said it would ship that day via USPS priority mail. I don't have the watch yet but my checking account has been charged. I tried to call them today and there was no answer. No voice mail and no answer either. Less than businesslike behavior.

An update. It turns out this seller does not ship when he says he will ship. I received email from USPS today saying package didn't even ship until today, not February 6th as promised by the seller. What's the hurry after all, he had my money....but he won't be getting any more.

Thought it was time for an update. It's been eight days, it's Feb. 13th and I still do not have my watch. I paid for $10 for USPS priority mail from California to Texas. This seems to have been a waste of money since the vendor didn't ship the watch until I emailed them 6 days after I ordered the watch. This is no way to run a railroad.

I would get my $ back for the shipping. It does take 2-3 days for USPS Priority, so if they actually shipped on the 12th, it won't get to you until the 14th or 15th. You're close enough, that I would expect to see it on the 14th.

Good idea on the shipping refund. Based on when the knot head shipped the watch, today is the earliest it I would have received it.

Oh, I was just looking at the past posts, and it shows "1 day ago" you said "...didn't even ship until today..." so I figured: yesterday (the 12th) it's in the mail + 2 days = the 14th.

And looking at your location under your name, I thought you were in Texas, and instead see you're in New Jersey. If that's so, I'd expect it to take the full 3 days, and end up to you on the 15th.

    Re: WatchZWorld Caution!

I've emailed the vendor and told him future business from me will not be forthcoming unless my $10 shipping charge is refunded. This guy is just not on the ball. He just responded to an email this evening, that I sent to him on the 11th. Selling watches must be a part time job and not high on his priority list. We live and we learn.

Oh...this is very unfortunate now...as they seem to have a model I'd like...
