Question What does LMH flashing mean on a GW-5000?

    Hi gang.

Had this GW-5000 for about seven years now. All is well with it, but today for the first time I noticed as I was sitting in a park that the L, M, and H power indicator segments of the LED were flashing on and then off all together at a rate of once per second. They seemed to do that for a few seconds at least, and then I had to take my attention away from the watch.

Right now it's night time and the power level is showing as a steady M.

Tried googling, but nothing seemed to come up that helped. Just wondered what the flashing LMH is actually supposed to mean.

    Cheers & beers!!!

    Ah thank you very much!

I disabled the auto-light at the time just in case it had been causing something like that.

    Appreciate the info!!!

You should probably give the watch a good charge, well up into the High range, to keep the battery healthy.

And by a "Good Charge" we mean a few days (more like 4 days) in the direct SUNSHINE at about 8 hours per day. Put it in a glass of water to dissipate the heat and you will have no problems.

With the LMH flashing, your watch is telling you.....
