What features would you add to the next-generation Rangeman?

One thing I'd love to see on the next-generation Rangeman is a moon phase graphic.

I have some G-Shocks that show moon phase and tides (GW-9110, G-7900A-4), some Casios that show moon phase and tides (two WS-210 variants), one Casio that shows sunrise/sunset and moon phase (PAS-400B), and one Pathfinder/Protrek that shows sunrise/sunset (PAW-2000).

I'd like to have something better looking and more robust than the PAS-400B that shows sunrise/sunset and a moon phase graphic.

What features would you add to a possible future Rangeman design?

Moon phase would be great and seems fitting. Living on the coast, tide function comes in real handy for me, but that's probably too much to ask, and doesn't really fit the theme of the watch.

What would really peak my interest would be a steel screwback case. That would quell any concerns about faulty lug design, and add a serious extra cool factor in my opinion. It would add a good deal of weight though.

Yes, GPS, definitely! 'Bout time we see that on a digital watch!

Also, I agree, moon phase would be nice.

I would like to see lugs on the Rangeman similar to those on the PRW-3500 --- very strong, and can easily add a Zulu or NATO strap with no special adaptors if desired.

And, I'd like Casio to surprise us with 1-2 new features that we haven't thought of...

I'm definitely NOT looking for a "smart" Rangeman that needs to be plugged in though....that would take it off of my "to-buy" list right away.

Rangeman Plus, 20% bigger screen, moon phase, graph and week day together, second time instead of graph if desired, WEEK DAYS IN MULTILINGUAL (spanish, german, french, Italian).

I'm really only interested in time, day & date. Swap out the atomic clock sync for the GPS sync ... don't need both.

Don't need the watch to be bigger so you'd have to make a thinner bezel or reduce the size of the solar panel ... or get rid of the ring ...

to effectively accomplish a larger face ... nah!

I'd like to see them offer every model in both a positive & negative face. The 'Force' vs. the 'Dark Side' !!!

Same exact sentiments as JohnQFord, having just GPS time sync like the GravityMaster.

Red backlight, tide/moon on main screen, 22mm lugs, and GPS for time sync, altitude, and tide/moon location. Keep it solar, and add a QI charge option. Ultimate outdoor watch.

GPS for time sync but also for lattitude and longtitude readout. That would rock!
