    What g shock???

After my disasterous battery change resulting in no alarm and light( although alarm did work for a while) and screw thread getting stripped i've decided to buy a new g shock.

i've seen a few that look nice but am looking for other peoples opinion.

    The watches are:
    G7700 1ER, DW6900 G-1VQ, GW9100 1ER, G7210 1VER and G900 1VER,

The one that really caught my eye was GW9100 1ER.

Apologies if missing few letters from watch numbers i'm a G shock beginner.

    Cheers for help.:thanks

    Good call on the GW-9100.

It's solar-powered so you never again have to experience another failed battery change, and capable of accurate timekeeping via atomic reception. Plus it's one of my personal favorites in terms of physical presence. Oh, and did I mention the titanium parts for added corrosion resistance?

Hey Bogeyman, I was wondering why both your Gulfman and Mudman are battery powered, while you sound like a tough solar partisan.

Sage advice. This is an excellent model that will serve you well. Great styling, a very nice display, and Titanium as well. All for a great price. You can't go wrong.

You are right but the G-7700 reminds me always on a woman which is ugly as sin but able to cook up a storm
