What screwdriver is used to detach the bands from the 8400 classic mudman?

    Hi Guys,

I'm thinking of attaching a zulu to my 8400 classic mudman.

    1. What screwdriver do i have to use to detach the resin bands from the bezel?

    2. What size zulu fits? I believe they need adapters?

    3. Source for the zulu and the adapters.

    Thanks for any help...arigatougozaimasu:thanks

    cheers~SKy

grab your set of of mini allen wrenches and test the fit until you hit the right one.

If you don't have a set you can buy one cheap at any hardware store. They usually come on a keyring and many sizes are included.

Aiyah... I'd just call Marco, tell them you want to get strap adapters for the 8400 and bring it there for them to replace the parts... then you can use the zulu I have lor...

I also have a pair of adaptors meant for a 5600 that will fit a 22mm zulu but they're in dark brown and not black, ha ha :-D

It seems the Japanese use metric standard by the way, I tried using my American allen wrenches on my Gaussman strap and the weeny one doesn't quite fit ;)

My European one is rounded so I'll need to get another :\

Very small btw, I think 1mm.
