Where can I get G Shock tins?

I just bought a DW-6900-1V from Amazon, and it came in a really small box and on a watch stand.
Another member suggested I go to Macy's and ask for extra tins when buying a new G Shock, but I usually do my shopping online.
Also, there were posts yesterday that the old tins were discontinued, so I really want to try and get one before they're hard to find.
I've checked eBay, and there's no tins for sale.
    Any help would be appreciated.

I think I have one left if you want it? I'll check when I get home. If you want it, it's worse. I'll let ya know in about two hours.

Oh, cool! So you got a NOS DW-6900 in original package! Don't know why you want such a big tin. In my collection I can store my G-Shocks easier in the small cardboard boxes than those huge tine in boxes. If you want a cool packaging, you should go for the original plastic hexagonal container that was used in Europe. That would be the original package if your old DW-6900 would have been packed in here in Europe.

    Cheers,

    Sjors

The DW-6900-1V isn't NOS, is it? Amazon.com itself is currently still selling it for about $50 USD and it has a 3230 module. I like tins because I put my boxes in another section of the room, where almost all the boxes from electronic devices I own are displayed. Do you have a picture of the hexagonal container? Or are you referring to this? Also, I have a tin for every G I own right now except this 6900.

I think Sjors is talking about these.

My only problem with these, however, is that the watches kind of rattle about in these boxes if you don't have the cleaning cloth that is suppose to come with it (or if it isn't wrapped with bubble wrap or something) and sometimes the lids don't "clip on" correctly after some wear.

Here are some ebay and yahoo japan sources.

Older round G-Shock tins (the predecessor to the current black hexagon):
    G-Shock Tin Can / Case | eBay

Here are the even older ones that Sjors mentioned
    G-SHOCK

And my personal favorite the current JDM packaging with leather pillow:
    ʣǡݣӣȣϣãѲȢ2ĥåȡ - Yahoo!

Also check out this guy, does he really think those tins are worth THAT much??????????
WATCH TIN G SHOCK SINCE 1933 TIN ONLY WITH FOAM INSERT REPLACEMENT, JOKE PRESENT | eBay

Note: I am not affiliated with any of these sellers.

Do you know if the JDM one has the pillow inside? Could you help me get it, I'm not sure on how to use Yahoo Japan, and I don't have the time to figure it out.
Does the JDM auction say one or two boxes?

Buy using FromJapan.co.jp - but it will cost you (purchase price + shipping to them + bank fees + shipping to you) + 5% - or thereabouts (but probably slightly more than that).
