No problem to help each other should be synonymous sense and purpose in a watchforum.

But only use the tape of the GW-5000. Because only the band of the GW-5000 is matt black, like the housing of the GB-6900B-1.

Also the band of the GW-5000 is softer than others.

Comparison of the GB-5600B (left) and the GW-5000 (right), they look a lot alike, but oh so very different. I like the module on the GB-5600B much better (though I don't use any Bluetooth functions), which may be why the GW-5000 almost never gets any wrist time, having a nice caseback isn't everything. They really need to upgrade the modules on these caseback square models, module #3159 leaves a lot to be desired.

How strong is the vibration on the GB-6900B? I'm very close to buying one!

Thanks to this thread I bought GB-5600. The module functionality blows 3159 out of the water. Even without the Bluetooth.

You do give up Solar, and MultiBand6, but if you don't use the Bluetooth, I am sure the massive CR2032 battery will last a while. The VIBE (you can actually hear it) is superior to even my GD-350, so thats another huge plus, and you get 1TIME/DAILY option on the SNOOZE alarm also, which is missing on the GD-350 (Only ON or OFF). The backlight beats the backlight on the 3159 modules as well, the GB5600 is super bright in comparison. This watch has become my new nighttime/sleep/nap watch, easier to wear, and the VIBE actually wakes me up.

Does anyone know which has the stronger vibe? The 5600B or the 6900B?

The vibe alarm is probably stronger in the GB-6900.
