Unfortunately, this isn't supported by Gadgetbridge, yet. I'll look into this when I have the time to.

Did this ever work with Bluewatcher or GShock+ app?? This is the first time I read about this.

Actually, tapping the watch for silencing it was always a 50/50 chance whether it worked or not, at least for me...

Initially, it was developed for a GB-X6900B, but testing is nowadays only performed on the GB-5600B, so YMMV on other models. I'd be happy to hear your feedback in case anybody can test it.
    Pm you.

I usually tap the case towards the strap, not the display. Still, it requires quite heavy tapping for me.

I know there is a button to silence the phone, the button event is definitely detected by GB. I did never check whether tapping it reports a similar event since I rarely use the tapping feature anyway.

Btw, my latest addition to my G-Shock family:

    It's a GB-5600B-k8er with black bezel/strap from a DW-5600E. I really like the black-white combination, so I'll keep it this way :)

^Love the Vibe alarm. Only thing missing is a pedometer. Does anyone know if Casio makes a watch with a connected step counter?

(Would be happy to replace my Fitbit with a G-Shock. )

Double tapping the watch did work in Gshock+. Used it during meetings at work to silence the phone in my pocket.
