Why the lack of interest on GB-5600B/6900B/X6900B Bluetooth series?

I really like the functions of these GB-B bt series, the scrolling world time, clear nice display viewable at all angles, the CDT with 1 second interval, 4 alarm n 1 snooze alarm with daily or 1 time setting with vib options, and of course the bluetooth notifications and music control functions and camera control function (Bluewatcher app) and the phone search plus adjustable contrast ,i mean for the price you really get a lot good stuff. But I don't see many interest here or post about this series. Would like to know what is stopping you all from getting this series. Do share your thoughts

If I recall right, thats more iPhone optomized device than Windows Phone. And I'm not paying (actually my employer) huge ammounts of money for a phone.
There's a watch in my pocket and it's hands are broken, the face is blank but the gears are turnin'.

Actually they are more Android optimized than iPhone. Especially with Bluewatcher app you can customized any apps that has notification to work with the watch. I've received some of my watches back from Casio for updates, and they now work well with Samsung S5 on Android 5.0. I've also tested them to work with S6 on Android 5.0.2 with Casio official app, unfortunately bluewatcher app does not work well with Android 5.0 at this moment. As for iPhone, I've tested them to work with iPhone 5 on ios 8.

Depending on which app you use, Bluetooth is used for sms/skype/WhatsApp our any other notification or incoming calls in case you're at a noisy place and couldn't hear or feel your phone's vibration in your pocket. Or you can silence your phone in your pocket when it rings by tapping on the watch surface during meetings. Or use the watch to locate your phone in case you can't remember where you left it provided you're within the Bluetooth distance. Or you can use it to control your phone's music player without having to keep on taking out your phone in your pocket(when you're committing in the bus or train). Or you can use it to control your phone's camera for group selfphys.

    1) I don't have the right phone(s) to pair with this watch, and I suspect that's a relatively common "problem" that keeps a lot of people from buying this watch.

    2) Even if I (or others) DID have the right phone, who's to say we'd still have the right phone in a couple of years?

    3) Most of the reviews I've read here about Bluetooth G's suggest that the people who DO own "the right phone" haven't been all that impressed by what they perceive as "a few extra gadgets" on the Bluetooth G's and are hoping for a little more "added functionality" on the next generation of watches. https://forums.watchuseek.com/f17/jus...ed-849404.html

    4) I much prefer the advanced simplicity of Casio's solar/atomic models -- for those of us who DO live in range of one of the atomic clock towers, they're truly a "set it once and then forget it" watch for fifteen or twenty years until they need a battery change. Casio's estimates on their Bluetooth watches seems to be 10 years if it's not synched to a phone, and only 2 years if it's frequently synched. Since these watches are so new, nobody has really had a chance to see if those estimates are correct OR if the batteries will last much longer as they usually do on Casio's other battery-powered models.
