I ordered the adapters to use Zulu bands on my GW-2500b & decided to get a couple sets of screws to justify the shipping cost. Well I didn't notice that the screws were not in stock & that was not indicated on the shopping cart. I guess I checked the partial ship box & USPS express shipping too. Got the adapters in in a few days $8.95 S/H, great service, & saw that the screws were back ordered. Got those today & discovered that they charged $8.95 shipping for the screws. When I called they said that it was obvious during the order process that the parts were not in stock & shipping would be charged $8.95 S/H again. OK, I give them that, but I would like to have been given the option to choose a cheaper shipping method for the back order, or a chance to cancel the items. They should also show at checkout & on my invoice that the items were not in stock. The only time this info appears is when you add it to your cart & that "not in stock" info is at the top of the page.
Just be careful when ordering if you don't want to pay $17.90 to ship $10 in parts.
BTW my GW 2500 is looking sharp!
