Pen Your comments on a G-Shock Cockpit G-741D-1A

I have an opportunity to buy a 2nd hand G-shock Cockpit G-741D-1A (Module 3750) in excellent condition at a resonable price. Does anyone have any comments about this model? Any comments welcome positive or negative.

Haven't seen that model before. I like some of the cockpit models but have never owned one.

I would 'buy' or 'not buy' on the basis of whether you really like it for its style/features rather than because it's a good deal. If it needs to be a good deal to buy it, then it's probably not a keeper.

That sorta looks like my world time model. Coincidentally, I gave it to my 26 year old son this past weekend. I never wore it because the light blue hour hand was a tad difficult to see in normal inside light and the digital display was rather hard to see w/out pressing the LIGHT button. OTOH, he loves it!

i had the yellow version, which is actually on the sale's forum.. my only gripe is that its very chunky and sticks out quite a bit.

It looks a bit like my G-700D. I like that it is a chunky G-Shock. Although all Cockpit's are about the same size, this one looks bigger.
