100m safe to play around water?

I have a speedy with 100m water resistance. Is this one ok to go splash around the water with? No swimming. I cant swim.

Define "splash around water with". If I am correct in assuming you mean washing your hands, then yes your watch will be fine if properly maintained.

Sorry, had to say it. Yes unless it is an old watch where the gaskets may be dodgy, and by old I mean over ten years old.

As others mentioned you will be fine splashing around if the seals are fine. On a side note: learn to swim. It's fun. Also that particular skill could come in handy, especially if you like to wade in beach water :)
