Isn't the Longines about twice the price of the Seiko?
My Tissot Seastar 1000 (2011 Edition) Review:
I've had both. I prefer the Sumo. I think the Sumo is one of the best values available.
I like both watches but on style alone I'll take the hydro. More versatile and unique. The sumo is a grat watch but it is a tad round and bloated looking...Hence the name.
Calm down.....It's just a watch....
Sumo. Better hands, better markers, better bezel, cool crown position. The Longines is too conservative and is unremarkable.
Rolex DeepSea Sea-Dweller | Eterna Super KonTiki 1973 Limited Edition
Longines, not a big Seiko fan.
Seiko. If they made a sumo-quality diver in 38mm I'd own it. The 20mm bracelet rocks.
Shut your mouth and wear your *Alpinist.
*"Your Alpinist" is metaphorical and in truth refers to your most versatile watch.
