    Advice on adjusting watch

I have a DKNY watch and would like to adjust the band. It appears to have a little Philips type screw. I have tried a 1.0mm Philips but it is a bit too large. On the reverse side is a slight depression and you can see a pin.

How do I adjust it? What tools do I need?

I have attached some pics (click for a larger version).

    Any assistance will be appreciated.

    Hello,

The "screw" is more than likely a split pin which must be punched out in the direction of the arrow that's typically imprinted on the back of the bracelet. If no arrow, then put your punch on the opposite end of the pin, not the "screw" end.

Google on watch bracelet adjustment tools to get the required device.

    Good Luck,

Yeah that is not a screw - its a split pin. I suggest you invest in a pin pusher which can be purchased for less than $20.
    Lots of dive watches.

Thanks for the advice. I will hunt around for the tool.
