hmmm.... so you want to buy a $200K watch or two, and they are asking you to buy a $100K+ ladies model first....

    Something here stinks.

Yes, some high-end brands may not make their top models accessible to anyone and may make you buy some entry level watches first, or may even screen you.
Don't think that applies here with RM.
Also, the models you are looking for should be accessible via traditional ADs.

Beyond that, these are large watches that are not very versatile. How about posting some wristshots at AD first to get a sense of how they fit you. (Granted the lugs are very short and curvature of case does allow some models to work on smaller wrists)

Finally, you may get a better answer on F381.

    Let your boss inquire himself.

Agree with above. Your boss should inquire. He may have more pull. I do know that some car brands (Ferrari is well known for this) don't let you buy their LE's unless you have a relationship with them already (i.e. bought a lot of their cars). In fact, I think there was a period where you couldn't even buy a new "regular" model without having owned one prior, meaning you had to buy a used one. Don't know if this exists with watches, but I could see it at the very high end.
