    after 2 mounths shows the appraisal.

    this ad has been running on and off here in the mnpls,saint paul,mn craigs list.

    Rolex Super President 18k Dimands/Rubies reduced! selling today taxes

    he finally posted the appraisal.
    now i feel confident enough to take out that second morgage on the house.

    Is that a legit appraisal? For that level of money I'd expect one typed out, then signed and pressed with a notary style stamp to protect against forgery/tampering.

    Run away! Apart from being fugly in the extreme, the President isn't a chronograph despite what the scammer says. I mean...look at it! No chronograph bits at all. Yes, I realize he probably means "chronometer", but if he can't get that right...
