Gee, I wonder if this is nicer than my tourbillon with the Sea-Gull movement...

Just exactly how rich do you have to be to afford to buy a Swiss tourbillon with so many complications that you can only see the tourbillon through the caseback...

I definitely appreciate the craftsmanship that went into that Lange, but that dial is not my cup of tea.

Its a beautifully crafted watch and I greatly appreciate the work that went into it, but its not for me either.

    German Tourbillon :)

I'm sure the watch is beautiful in person, however I don't think I could see myself wearing it (even if it were relatively affordable). I'd much rather have the simpler Lange 1 or the Saxonia AC for a fraction of the cost of Lange 1 Tourbillon Perpetual

Not many Langes that I like. I don't get the little dial inside the big case....IMHO the dial
is suppose to go all around the case(near the outer edge) Like a regular watch.

    Probably not.

Buy what you like, keep what you love, don't spend too much.
As long as you follow those simple rules - you shouldn't listen to anyone about your watches.

Well, if someone offered you a straight up trade, would you?

I'll go out on a limb and say, yes that watch is for me.... if somebody gave it to me and I didn't have to pay retail of course.
