I love 5 digit over 6 digit but I don't own one yet.
14000 and 16264...I still have some more like 16570 and the TT DJ
These are more wearable
The five digit Rolex are more comfy and less bulky than the six digits models but like for the four digit models some models such as the 16520 with a patrizzi or with a porcelain inverted 6 dial have seen their values skyrocketing in an insane manner, same comment for the 168000, 16660, 16800, the modern Comex seadweller, the 16550 and the 14060

I prefer the older 5 digit explorer II. I find the new 42mm case is just a little too big for my personal taste.
I actually prefer the ceramic bezels over aluminum and the newer bracelets over the previous by some margin.
5 digit case, 6 digit bracelet.
I love the looks of the 5-digits better (at least the 16610, 16710, 16570), but I agree with above that the bracelet/clasps of the 6-digits make the overall watch just feel so much more solid.
Given the difference in price (in most cases), give me the 5-digits anyday.
I've never been the world's biggest Sub fan, but I strongly prefer the 5-digits over the 6-digits. The lugs and crown guards are just too big on the new ones. I'd solve the bracelet problem by putting it on a strap (heresy?)
