Any experience with The Watch Outlet (Brooklyn)?

They have a zenith that was a display model that I am interested in. No papers or tags or warranty. No returns. The seller says the watch is flawless, and said that the photos are of the same watch, but in actuality the photos used are from Ashford.com stock photos. All this tells me "no go" but the guy seems genuine.

I don't see one reason not to move on. Everything is wrong with this.

At minimum, get them to send you a picture of the watch set to a specific time that you request.

Move on, you don't want to be the "one born every minute". How did you find the seller? Google and NY State Business Registration turn up nothing.

Thanks all, I pushed a little further...said, "I notice you are using Ashford stock photography" and asked for actual photos and he never replied. His eBay feed back is 100% positive, but at this point I had written him off. I'll wait for the next deal to pop up. Thanks for steering me away from a potential bad buy.

Update: I left this alone until the seller contacted me with pics. I went ahead and bought it. He said it was flawless, and it turns out he was right. I had pics with serial number and written statements that the watch was flawless so I felt pretty confident if it arrived with problems I had recourse with Ebay to get a refund if I returned it.

Only thing I'd change ge about the watch is maybe a 40mm dial rather than 42.

Congrats! I’m always wary of descriptions on eBay. So many people think mint and pristine means that “I only wore it off and on for a few years and it functions fine so I’ll ignore the scratches on the bracelet and case”. There are good deals to be had, just make sure to do your homework which it looks like you did.
