Yep. First I didn't. Then I did. One less thing to grab from the bedside table in the AM.
Watches are life. Live to Watch, Watch to Live. Do you even Watch, bro?

Not always, but much more often than I used to; usually when I have an early morning appointment or something. As my eyesight has worsened, I can't read bedside clocks without my glasses, so it's easier to check the time on a watch when I wake up.

Always. I do my best not to pick up my phone until my alarm goes off. Its weird for me not to have a watch on even when I sleep. I prefer a watch on strap vs bracelet, good lume, and not overly chunky. About the only time I don't wear a watch is when showering or working on machinery in tight spaces.

No. Leave a watch within reach, on the night stand.

Taking my watch off is the last thing I do before going to bed and the first thing I do upon waking. The exception however is when I'm travelling and I wear a G-Shock so I can instantly know in a dark hotel room what time it is.

I wear a tritium dialed quartz on a NATO when I sleep. Floss, brush, change watches, bed.

I color coordinate my straps with the mold.

I wear a Quartz Isobrite at night so I can readily see the time. Otherwise I have to strain to see the little numbers on the DVR which is a pain.

Back when the Twist-o-flex band was common, taking the watch off at night was an opportunity for the "tire tracks" it left on my wrist to go away. With a bracelet fit to my liking, no marks at all (loose but not to the point I can spin the watch around to the other side of my wrist).
