I wear my watches 24/7; always have. The only time I’ll take my watch off is if I’m wearing a vintage watch and I’m about to hit the shower.

I once went 10 years without removing my SKX from my wrist....at all.

I don't think there's a chronograph in this world that can measure time increments small enough to match my speed... LOL

Absolutely. I'll go back and forth as to what I wear to bed, but I have been wearing my Timex with the back light often for easy legibility for when I am getting up to help my wife with our infant daughter multiple times a night and I want to see how long it has been since I was last up. Sleep deprivation is real.....

I wear a Garmin Felix 3 to bed because the backlight works any time I need it and it tracks my sleep. I sometimes wear the Lum-Tec M60 just because I like that the lume lasts through the night.

Been there done that, she's two now so everybody gets to sleep (but somewhere along the way, sleep-IN has disappeared from my vocabulary). Pro tip: get something like the Casio GD-350, big, bright, huge light button at the 6 o'clock and also can be set for the light to come on when you raise your arm to see the time; resin strap and case limits the amount of collateral damage to the baby when you zig and she fails to zag (it's surprising how often that can occur); cleans up very easily from, shall we say...spills? and finally; it is an acceptable teething toy, they love it when they can turn on the light and because they WILL throw your watch, well there's really nothing better around than a Casio for good, all around baby upbringing.

And to the OP's point, I wear a watch to bed because there are times I get woken up in the middle of the night and I like to know what time it is for say, baby things, head call and nuisance reasons like the tones going off.

No way, no watch. I never know when I'm going to be touching sensitive parts, and I'm not talking about mine. No rough metal.
