Anyone have the same watch in different color dials?

I recently acquired a Tissot Powermatic 80 Luxury with a silver dial, and just ordered one with an anthracite dial. It was a touch internal debate between anthracite and black, but in the end anthracite won out. Silly?

Silly? Not to me, life's too short as it is . . . .

If you decided that particular watch was a good choice for you, then getting a second color does not seem silly.

Edit: drhr pretty much closed the subject. Great pictures.

Yeaaa.... I know one person who thinks it's a good idea...

But no, it's cool. I have plans on getting another version of the same watch with different colors. Got a red CW, now I want the same watch, but in orange.

Not yet - but I'm pretty tempted to get another Doxa...

I have two different watches in different dial colours, not weird at all IMO

I loved my first AT so much, that I bought another. It has formed my daily duo rotation - one for casual/sporty use and one for occasions which dictates otherwise.

Re: Anyone have the same watch in different color dials?

If you found "the one" watch you love, have the money, or get a great deal, I'd say go for it. If you generally have to save up for a watch and don't have a large collection I'd say expand with different pieces first before buying the same model in another color.
