I purchased an ARISTO 3H58A and i was completely disappointed in the quality. The dial looked like it was made out of paper and starting to warp. The super-luminova numbering was a joke; smeared printing, and not crisp nor complete. I contacted the manufacturer, Aristo-Vollmer, and never got a response from them but only one from their authorized dealer, Long Island Watches. I ended up returning the watch and was only out around $170USD for shipping and taxes. I would never buy this watch nor recommend it to anyone.
What price are you referring to? The OP was referring to watch that costs about $765 US from the retailer mentioned. The lowest cost sub $100 Casios, Seikos and Citizens virtually never have the issues mentioned by the OP

What sort of shipping costs $170? Did you use private jet or something ? Or I assume they hit you with some restocking fees or similar, I never buy from sellers charging those...
Thanks for your impressions but for your review to be of more value to others you should include detailed pics of the defects. Just need a camera with a macro function.
No reason to reinvent the wheel. Plenty of Orient and Seiko automatics can be hand for that price or even half that price that'll do a solid job.
