I just saw this on the Armida website. Looks like a vintage Daytona homage.

Looks odd to me. I like big dates, but it's not very well done - the windows seem too far apart and poorly executed. The hands look mismatched in terms of the length of the lumed area. A lot of the chrono second hands are clearly not aligned properly in their photos.

All in all looks less refined than some other Armida offerings.

When I first saw them, I thought of Alpha watches.

I wanted to like it as it checked off some boxes for me, but I just don't really dig 3 subdials.

Have not seen a Daytona with big date. How can it be a homage then ?
    Kind regards

IMHO, it's a bit of a ...er...mongrel. If you have an itch for a Daytona, look at Alpha, or even Bagelsport.

Wow, they really went way off course of what usually makes these brands appeal to a lot of WIS.

I kinda like the white dial silver bezel one. Quartz is a nice option as well.

For a Paul Newman Daytona homage, I would choose the ones from Alpha. Those at least feature a nice Seagull ST19 manual wind column wheel movement.
