De Bethune can make a customized dial based on your date of birth, they put the constellations on that date on their watch dial as I know someone who (finally) got one (after years of waiting...)

De Bethune also have that star trek looking thingy, the blue meteor stone watch?

Not as fancy as the watches previously mentioned. I know it is a Fossil but I say it is well made. Only downside is that the hands have no lume.

Then there is the Yes watch, which features a 24 hour single hand which tracks the movement of the sun, plus moonphase, sunrise/sunset, moonrise/moonset, etc.

Almost all Sothis watches have some sort of Astronomy related design elements, both on the dial and on the rotor.

    This is a fun thread.

Auteur is releasing a watch where the dial can be customized to show the relative positions of eight planets on the day of your choosing:
    https://auteur-watches.com/collection/ephemeris/

For awhile now, I've had my eye on the Doxa Blue Planet Automatic GMT with a "starry night" dial:
    https://www.doxa.ch/uhr/blue-planet-d181sbu/

And, once I win the lottery, I'll likely pick up the Vacheron Constantin Les Cabinotiers Celestia Astronomical Grand Complication 3600:

Wear that which you feel is groovy, get down with your bad self, and shake your money maker if it makes sense for you to do so.

    Re: Astronomy-related design elements

As luck would have it I was just browsing at a watch shop and took this picture:

The one on the left is the JLC Master Calendar Meteorite, made with, you guessed it, a meteorite dial. The google led me to this review:

    JLC FTW!
