Not to cause thread drift and apologies in advance to the OP...

I'm happy that everyone has had a positive experience with them, but they could have chosen a better name for their company. When you make it a point of assuring your customers that your wares are authentic, it actually creates some doubt about that very point.

It's like that old saying, "When your stockbroker says, 'Trust me' that's when alarm bells should be going off..."

My wife bought me a Longines Hydroconquest from them. Which I promptly returned. With no issues.

It was great she wanted to get me something I was guaranteed to like, but I preferred to buy from a Longines AD and sponsor here and get the Longines warranty. It didn't cost too much more and was worth it to me.

Well I take back all the good things I said. Sure they were very nice when I called to return the watch, but now they deducted $140 from a $975 dollar watch claiming the outer white box was damaged. I had told them as soon as I received it that it arrived with a torn outer box.

They claim they have pictures of the box before shipping, but since it was torn along the seam they don't see it in the pictures.

So, caveat emptor, they are cheapest for a reason.
