    Benarus Sea Devil:

For those of you who never make it over to the dive watch forum...

We just received the new and long awaited Benarus Sea Devil, and I thought I'd share some pics with ya. I'm sorry about the quality of the photos, I had to take them with my phone camera because my Nikon flash malfunctioned and I had to send it in for repair.

I have been lookin' for a white dialed diver for the longest time, and it's just a 2-boot that it's a fully luminous dial! Yay! ;D I'm really happy with my decision to go with red seconds hand too, and thus far it seems to be keeping pretty darned decent timing. I'll do the test tomorrow, right now I'm just about wearing it! ;D

this is the first white dial ive ever seen thats fully lumed. al the other ones are that ugly yellowish green color.

I really think they hit a home run with this one !

Enjoy it Josh, although i think i dont have to tell you that.

Hows the weight compare to your Serket (on bracelets)?

I like the watch, looks like a fine bracelet. The strap's buckle looks a little goofy to me, too big.

Nice clean dial. But if I may ask, what does the second crown do? Does it lock/unlock the bezel?

The Serket out weighs it on every front. The bracelet on the Sea Devil is surprisingly heftless, though it holds the huge watch down more than sufficiently.

It's an HRV (Helium Release Valve). It unscrews and screws in to allow helium build up to be released from the case. It's rather useless to a recreational diver, as it's meant to be used in decompression chambers in the deep sea diving of professionals. I just like how it looks, and it gives me something to play with other than the bezel.
