Best Chronographs Under 40 MM and $5,000?

Hey folks, pretty self-explanatory question but I was just wondering what suggestions anyone may have. I love the look of the Heuer Autavia 02 and the vintage Carrera's, but the Autavia is simply too big and vintage Carreras are just really hard to come by.

I generally like more vintage-inspired designs, but any suggestions would be great, thanks!

First Omega in Space... it’s smaller than the Moonwatch and can be had for well under 5k at reputable GM dealers.

Best Chronographs Under 40 MM and $5,000?

Maybe on the large side even though it’s listed at 39 mm, but the Monaco is awesome. My wrist is 6-3/4”.
Can never go wrong with a Speedy Pro.

I don’t own one, but the new 40mm Hamilton Intramatic Panda is a beauty (pic from the Internet). I have the 42mm LE reverse Panda version.

My bad, I got carried away and forgot you mentioned under 40mm, so please disregard the Speedy Pro recommendation.

I would like to add the Tag Heuer Carrera 1964 re-edition as well. The re-edition is not that hard to find and it uses a manual wind Lemania movement. It is approx. 36mm.

Just tried this on. Gorgeous. 38mm. And surprised it fits my large wrist well.
