I use WatchRecon as it pulls from many sources. Chrono24 is another option.

Agree. Someone recently also recommended sold listings on eBay. I’m not sure about StockX and its accuracy but that’s another option.

+1 for watchrecon & sold items listings on eBay. For all but the rarest watches, this will gave you a real strong idea of the last few months of sales, which basically indicates current market value.

WatchPatrol dot net is similar to WatchRecon dot com, but I'm not sure these sites track pricing trends.

Another vote for WatchPatrol, which is what I use. WatchRecon looks similar (and I haven't tried it), but I personally prefer the look and feel of WatchPatrol. Has some excellent functionality and is free (what's not to like?). Looking at what it comes up with when doing searches for watch x or watch y, combined with some googling for ebay + the watch, and using your judgement in assessing the quality of the data (outliers, etc.) can give you an excellent take on used watch price trends (probably the best one can get). For new watches though (if that's also what you're asking about), I'm not sure what the best option is... probably just lots of googling and maybe building up your own sense of where good deals on watches or certain brands are to be had (it's always useful to know which models & brands are often available through some of the deep discount options for example).

For new watches that have been out for awhile, I think you get good info from the grey market sites: Ashford, Jomashop, Prestigetime, etc.

WatchRecon for used and Chrono24 for new.

For new I type in the ref number in Google. Click on the Shopping Tab and I get aggregated listings from all grey market dealers.
